Honduras has a new President!

Yay!  The elections went really well, and now Porfiro Lobo Sosa is the president of Honduras!  Now the Congress just has to decide what to do with the old one who is still holed up in the Brazilian embassy,  which they're deciding on Dec. 2nd.  Pray for that to go smoothly as well.

Sunday Morning was Great!

I gave my presentation about what I'm going to be doing, and I thought it went really well!  Pastor Steve showed off the wreath for me, to great comic effect.  Thanks to all who encouraged me and took the handouts and sighed up for a wreath!  I'm looking forward to seeing how God works out all the details as I get ready to go!

"Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance."  Acts 28:31

I like to think of my trip as the next chapter in Acts.  Please pray that God would open doors so I will have an impact wherever I go.
